1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, and using the Digital Pegboard application ("Application" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.
2. License Grant
Digital Pegboard ("Company") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use this Application for personal use only. You may not sell, transfer, or assign this license to anyone else.
3. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
Subscription Plans:
- Your Application offers auto-renewable subscription options
- Prices and subscription lengths are displayed at the point of purchase
- Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period
Pricing:
- Subscription prices are as displayed in the Application at the time of purchase
- Prices may vary by region and currency
- Your Apple ID account will be charged the renewal fee within 24 hours before the end of each subscription period
Automatic Renewal:
Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it in the Settings section of your Apple device at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription by going to your iPhone/iPad Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions.
Cancellation:
To cancel your subscription:
- Open Settings on your Apple device
- Tap [Your Name]
- Tap Subscriptions
- Find Digital Pegboard
- Tap Cancel Subscription
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are handled through Apple. If you have any questions about charges or refunds, contact Apple Support directly at support.apple.com.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The Application and all content within it, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the intellectual property of Digital Pegboard or its content suppliers and are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit the content without our prior written permission.
6. User Content
You retain all rights to any content you create or upload through the Application ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Digital Pegboard a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display that content for the purposes of providing and improving the Service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Digital Pegboard disclaims all warranties including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Pegboard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Application, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digital Pegboard and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Application or violation of these Terms.
10. Modifications to Terms
Digital Pegboard reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Application. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
11. Modifications to Service
Digital Pegboard may modify or discontinue the Application or any features or functionality at any time, with or without notice.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Digital Pegboard regarding your use of the Application.
